No. Water heater replacement in Minnesota requires a licensed plumber and a permit in most jurisdictions. We’ll refer you to a partner who can do it the same week and stay out of the way.
If the source is inside the wall cavity, under a slab, or in the main line, that’s licensed plumber territory. We’ll still come out and diagnose it, tell you what we think is happening, and coordinate with the plumber so you’re not starting from zero.
Yes. Standard toilet rebuild kits, common faucet cartridges, P-traps, supply lines, and quarter-turn shut-off valves are on the truck. Specialty parts for European or older fixtures we’ll pick up with your approval.
We stop and talk to you. If it’s a fifteen-minute overrun, we usually absorb it. If we discover a bigger problem, we quote the additional work before we continue — no surprise invoices.
Yes. Our workmanship carries a 1-year warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we hand you at the end of the visit. If a replaced part fails within its warranty window, we’ll come back and swap it.
