Quick Answers

Common pricing questions

Is the first-hour rate really flat?

Yes. $95 covers the drive, arrival, walk-through, and the first 60 minutes of work. If the job takes 40 minutes, you still pay $95 — but you can use the remaining 20 minutes on anything else you want to knock out.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Phone and photo estimates are free. On-site estimates for large projects (heated driveways, deck rebuilds, multi-room jobs) are also free inside our standard service area.

What if a job takes less than an hour?

You pay the flat $95 regardless. Most homeowners use the remaining time to knock out a second job — replacing a light switch, tightening a cabinet hinge, or adjusting a sticky door.

Do you mark up materials?

No. We buy at retail and share the receipt with you at cost. If you’d rather source your own parts, that works too — we install what you buy.

Is there a minimum job size?

Our minimum visit is one hour at $95. Some jobs take longer than that and are billed at the additional-hour rate. There’s no separate minimum job size or service call fee.

Do you offer senior or military discounts?

Yes — 10% off labor for seniors 65+ and for active-duty and veteran households. Just mention it when booking; no ID required unless it’s a larger project.

Can I get an invoice for my records?

Yes. Every job is invoiced as a PDF with line items, materials at cost, and our license number. Landlord accounts receive monthly consolidated invoices across all properties.

What if the job can’t be finished in one visit?

We quote the remaining work before leaving and schedule a return trip. Return trips for jobs we started are scheduled at the same rate, with no additional trip charge.
