We build our schedule around a two-hour arrival window and a flat first-hour rate. When you hand us a list, we work top to bottom and clear everything we can — no return trips, no “we’ll come back tomorrow for that one.”

Then $65 per additional hour, or a fixed quote for larger jobs.
